Product Design

From early discovery to final handoff. I work with product teams to design experiences that make sense to users and are feasible to build. This includes journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design, always grounded in user behaviour and product strategy.

UX Strategy

Before designing interfaces, I map the experience: where users come from, what they need to do, where they get confused, and what would make them confident. UX strategy creates the structure that makes good design possible.

Behavioural Research

I look at how people actually think, decide and act, not how they say they do. Behavioural research helps product teams understand the real reasons behind user behaviour: what triggers confidence, what creates hesitation, and what drives adoption.

Interface Design

Visual, interaction and component design. I create interfaces that are precise, consistent and development-ready, with a focus on clarity, accessibility and real-world usability rather than visual decoration.

Prototyping

Clickable prototypes that simulate real product behaviour. Used for user testing, stakeholder alignment and development specification: they reduce ambiguity and make product decisions easier to evaluate before any code is written.

Design Systems

Design systems that actually get used. From token definition to component documentation to handoff workflow, built to improve speed, consistency and collaboration between design and development teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration

In complex environments, design decisions need to be clear, explainable and aligned across teams. I work with product owners, developers, analysts and business stakeholders to move from fragmented feedback to shared product direction.

Digital Product Improvement

For existing products that need to work better. I audit the current experience, identify the real friction points, and redesign the parts that most impact user confidence, adoption and task completion.
