Glass Décor specializes in bespoke glass splashbacks and decorative glass printing, offering fully customizable, high-quality products made in Belgium.
The project had to showcase a wide range of customizable glass products without overwhelming users, distinguish B2C and professional audiences, support custom orders with photo printing and measurement submission, and highlight Made-in-Belgium craftsmanship.
The process covered discovery, owner interviews, competitor benchmarking, journey mapping, product-page and custom-order prototypes, usability testing, visual design, micro-interactions, development handoff and QA.
The redesign improved product discovery, simplified custom order submission for images and measurements, strengthened brand perception around Belgian craftsmanship, and created a flexible foundation for future product expansions.
