Électricien-Expert is a family-run electrical services company based in Namur offering residential and commercial installations, domotics, lighting, alarms, photovoltaics and full electrical compliance.
The business needed to present a wide range of services clearly for homeowners and businesses, build trust online for a local family company, and drive leads through a simple and effective request-a-quote flow.
The project combined stakeholder interviews, brand audit, competitive research, user personas, journey mapping, wireframes for home, services and quote request pages, high-fidelity prototypes, usability feedback, visual design, logo work, photoshoot coordination and development handoff.
The renewed website strengthened brand credibility, clarified service offerings, simplified quote requests, and kept generating concrete contact submissions through the WordPress/Elementor lead capture setup.
